The World Needs Small Log Cabins

A perfect world would only have two seasons: summer (for fishing) and winter (for skiing). A small log cabin is the ideal spot for both, as it can serve as a fishing hut during the summer and a ski lodge during the winter. If you are lucky enough to own a small piece of property by the lake, you may be graced by year round fishing (ice fishing in the winter).

In fact, I strongly believe that if more people owned small log cabins that they could retreat to the world would probably be a better place. There’d be less violence as a result of pent up anger and stress, and more people would be enjoying the great outdoors. I’ve even willing to bet that the increased number of people enjoying the outdoors would result in a lower amount of obesity among the population, as more people become increasingly more physically active.

If you haven’t already, you may want to consider grabbing a small log cabin of your own. Owning your own little piece of lakefront is not only a smart investment, but also a great way to spend the long weekends.
